Kevin began his automotive career in 1972. He started in sales at a locally owned Midwest leasing company, and was their national sales manager at the time the company was sold. During that time he was a Board member of the Minnesota Car and Truck Rental Leasing Association (CTRLA).
LeasTrans was incorporated in October 1984. Kevin, along with some great customers along the way, has been assisting individuals and businesses managing their personal and business fleet needs.
Since 1989, Kevin has been serving the intercity poor Saturday mornings with Mary Jo Copeland at Sharing & Caring Hands. He is presently on its Board of Directors as Secretary and recently received the WCCO Radio's Good Neighbor Award for his volunteerism. Kevin also enjoys golfing and working out with the young adults at Mary My Hope Children & Teen Center. He is a longtime resident of Golden Valley Minnesota, and has been married to Diane for 30 years. They have two adult daughters, Kelly and Kim, whom they are very proud of.
Diane retired from QwestDex in 2002, after more than 27 years in Yellow Pages advertising sales, production and customer service. She decided to join Kevin in June 2004 to help manage the day-to-day operations of LeasTrans, and has enjoyed meeting and working with all of LeasTrans' clientele. |
